WARRANTY
Warranty is only valid on the condition that the vehicle is serviced as per recommended in the owner's manual at an Authorized Ford Service Center.
Warranty excludes:
- Wear and tear items (e.g. brake pad, clutch and wiper blades)
- Misuse/Negligence
- Incidental and consequential damages
- Act of God (earthquakes, floods), fires and other disasters
- Modifications of the vehicle or any components and parts
- Note: the owner's manual book will provide more details.
Tyres originally installed on Ford vehicle are warranted separately by the concerned manufacturer and not by Premier Motor Sdn. Bhd.
Battery failure within the first 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first, will be covered under warranty.
Ford Parts and Accessories Warranty – 1 year or 20,000 km, whichever comes first and MUST be purchased from and serviced by an Authorized Ford Dealer.
All new Ford vehicles come with a standard 3 years warranty or 100,000 km whichever comes first or 5 years warranty of 150,000 km whichever comes first. Please do check your owners manual on your vehicle's warranty duration or with your Ford dealer.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

It is very important that service are carried out throughout the life of the vehicle, at either the distance or annual intervals (whichever comes first) stated on the service interval plan on your service booklet.

great, it’s also the best way to protect your warranty. It is your responsibility to see that all
scheduled maintenance is performed at Ford Authorized Dealer using Ford original equipment
manufactured parts and failure to do so will invalidate warranty coverage on parts affected by the
lack of maintenance.

FORD 24-HOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Efficient, reliable and swift, the Ford Road Assist is in operation 24 hours, 7 days a week.
We provide a 24 hour Breakdown and Towing Service for accident
cases. Vehicles will be towed to the nearest Ford authorised Service Center at a reasonable
fee.
The towing service comes with a charge if your Ford vehicle is not
insured under the Premier Motor Insurance Package (ie Takaful Brunei Am insurance).
